Bonus

The wagering requirement (or turnover condition) on h999 bonuses refers to the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Here's a simple example:

Say you received a ৳1,000 deposit bonus with a 20x wagering requirement.
That means you need to place a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before the bonus can be transferred to your cash wallet.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically count at 100%, while some table games may only count at 10%–50%.
Once the bonus wallet balance reaches zero, wagering progress is no longer counted.

Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — before activating any bonus, click the "Bonus Terms" button to read the details. If anything is unclear, just ask support; they'll walk you through it in Bangla.

Account

There are several reasons your h999 account may be locked, and each has a different solution:

Repeated incorrect password: After 5 or more consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. It usually unlocks after 15–30 minutes. If you need immediate access, contact support.
Security concern: If h999 detects unusual login patterns or login attempts from multiple countries, it will automatically secure your account. You'll need to verify your identity using your KYC details to regain access.
Suspected policy violation: If multiple accounts or bonus abuse is suspected, your account may be temporarily suspended pending verification.
Self-excluded by you: If you previously activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, you won't be able to log in until that period has ended.

Whatever the reason for the lock, email support@h999.casino or reach out via live chat. Provide your name, registered mobile number, and date of birth, and the support team will quickly identify the cause and resolve the issue.

Bonus

Claiming free spins and daily sign-in bonuses at h999 is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Daily Sign-In Bonus: Logging in every day automatically activates a daily bonus or cashback offer. After logging in, head to your dashboard or the "Promotions" section — if you see "Today's Offer" or "Daily Reward," click it to claim. On some days the reward is credited to your wallet automatically.
Free Spins: Free spins are typically awarded through special promotions, deposits of a qualifying amount, or as event prizes. When you receive them, you'll get a notification in your account, and a "Use Free Spins" option will appear when you visit the eligible slots game.
Validity: Most free spins and daily bonuses expire within 24–72 hours. Once they lapse, any unused rewards are forfeited — so use them as soon as you receive them.

If you haven't received your free spins or daily bonus, or simply can't find them, reach out to support — they can add the rewards directly to your account.
