At h999 Enter — Get Back to Your Account

Logging in to h999 isn't just opening a page — it's your entry point into Bangladesh's most diverse online gaming platform. Once you're in, Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, poker, and much more are all right there waiting for you.

You can log in to h999 with either your mobile number or email address. Many users register with their phone number but find it easier to log in with their email — both methods work equally well on h999.

Extra perks when you log in on mobile. h999 is fully optimized for mobile. Whether you log in from an Android or iOS smartphone, the experience is the same. Keep push notifications on so you're the first to know about new offers, tournament launches, and deposit/withdrawal confirmations.

How Does the "Remember Me" Option Work? Enabling this option will auto-fill your credentials on the same device next time — you'll still need to enter your password. Avoid using this on public or shared devices.

What Should You Do First After Logging In? After logging in, you'll land straight on your dashboard. There you can see your current balance, active bonuses, and upcoming matches. If there are any new offers, a banner or notification will appear. Any daily login bonus is credited automatically.

Every login session on h999 is secure. Your password is never stored in plain text on the server — only an encrypted hash is kept. All data transmitted during login is protected by SSL encryption. Logging in to h999 is just as secure as logging in to your banking app.

Login issues can happen for various reasons — a wrong password, outdated browser cache, or a network hiccup. Start by refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the problem persists, reach out via h999's live chat in Bangla.

Running into a login issue is completely normal. h999 has several quick solutions ready to get you back in.

• If you've forgotten your password: Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login form. A reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Create a new password — at least 8 characters, and a mix of letters and numbers is recommended.
• If your account is locked: If your account is locked after too many failed password attempts, wait a little while — you can usually try again after 15–30 minutes. If you're in a hurry, contact support directly.
• If you've forgotten your number or email: If you can't remember the email or number you registered with, contact support and provide your KYC details to verify your account.
• If the page won't load: Clear your browser cache and reload the page. Try a different browser. On mobile, close the app fully and reopen it.
• If you don't receive the OTP: Check your mobile network connection. Wait 2–3 minutes, then request the OTP again. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support.
